Quiénes Somos

 

Conservamos con orgullo y mucho cariño la esencia de aquel primer restaurante familiar donde empezó todo hace más de 20 años. Ahora la familia Asador 7 de Julio ha crecido y seguimos tan unidas como siempre, trabajando cada día para compartir contigo nuestro Amor a la cocina tradicional de calidad.

 

Adentrarse en nuestro restaurante es recorrer la cultura culinaria Navarra. Nuestra propuesta gastronómica se inspira en la cocina vasca y navarra, con una amplia experiencia en la curación DRY-AGED de Carnes de Vacuno Premium. Su creador, Rufino Brioso comenzó a trabajar en la madera a los 16 años y fue en el año 1998 cuando decidió cambiar el cincel por la parrilla y construyó una revolución para la hostelería en Valencia.
